I have a factory head unit with NAV and Backup Camera. When i put the car in reverse, the screen goes black where it used to show the rear view. I have read on here many people say the camera is burnt out. The cheapest OEM replacement online is around $550. The amazon/ebay replacements from China are around $30 but they are 12v where the OEM are 6v.

I am wondering if anyone has replaced there OEM Camera with the OEM head unit in place? Meaning they haven't swapped the HU and then the camera? I want to keep my HU and just swap the camera. Please let me know if you have any advice.
