2016 ELR is 1.5 seconds quicker to 60mph than the 2014 model (apparently there was no 2015), down to 6.4 seconds. The 2014 put out 295 pound-feet of torque. 2016 sees it increase to 373 lb-ft. Cadillac could steal sales away from Tesla with this sexy two door, but even with the price cut, the car is still lacking.
