Caught this going through Will Rogers Beach yesterday. Looked to be a shade smaller than mid-sized. Note the sideview mirrors, rims, and rear window shape.
Wheels and rear side door window resembles somewhat the Enclave. So to me, this is the upcoming Buick compact crossover to slot in between the Encore and Enclave.

Buick, though, does everything today with those chrome waterfall grilles. I don't see much sign of that (even with the front-end bra hiding part of the grille).
Tough call. It sorta has more of a luxury look, yet the size makes sense for a CRV. Also note the front wing window. Does Lincoln have something smaller coming out? Ford (none planned), Audi (Q3 already revealed with bobtail styling), GM (nothing planned other than the Canadian Chevy/Buick Encore, and Dodge/Chrysler (nothing I've heard coming) are all likely out as far as this class is concerned. Then there's Kia/Hyundai twins which already recently introduced the Tucson and Sportage. Maybe this is a facelift of those?
It's unclear, but from some other spy shots I've seen, that could be the next-generation Honda CR-V.
The CR-V was last redesigned in December 2011 and will not see another redesign until late 2016. Honda does not develop and test new model prototypes this early. At the moment Honda is barely testing its facelift and likely finalizing design work on the 2017 CR-V. Not sure what it is either.
2015 CR-V

Yes, the CR-V-sized Lincoln MKC is on the way, but I checked that, and the grille and windows don't seem to fit what you posted. And, besides, the MKC is ready to be released...it's already been displayed at auto shows. They wouldn't have it still covered up.

The Anthem seems to retain the classic waterfall Buick grille, though, which is definitely not on the video he posted. The rear side windows are a different shape, too..
