Toyota moving from Cali to Plano, Texas

As a Permit reviewer in the DFW area and being familiar with land development on the private side in Houston, I can tell you it is waaaay to easy to get things approved in Houston - and that's not a good thing. Developers are always trying to short cut things and will get away with anything you let them. Length of permit approval may not be the best metric for business success in any City.

Not sure if you were being sarcastic, but yes actually. There was an article about a month ago regarding how the roads and houses in Houston floods costing the citizens and city millions.

Pole Position
Grid will be just fine, enormous progress have been done in that field. Point is in autonomy, soon small household or condominiums will be able to generate electricity with a lot higher efficiency and with cheaper batteries they could store it. Absolutely no need for middle man to sell you any kind of fuel.
