overall with amg package, i think it looks good, but it is as far as possible from clean... that goes from interior - it is as far away from simplicity as possible - i counted 47 buttons on HVAC.
The HVAC system has 13 buttons. The rest are misc. functions, radio, and a keypad for the telephone- most of which are redundant, mind you.

I would imagine on a Lexus forum owners would think the brand they bought might actually lead lol...

It's all relative and considering hybrids were completely missing in the original post I'm not sure what the point is. So yeah Lexus overall is seen as a leader with of course avenues they follow in.

To be fair, he did include hybrids:

Speaking of hybrids, of course this is an area where Lexus has again been a LEADER.

No one leads in every area, even MB is copying BMW with their new SUV coupe concept. Everyone is a follower of popular trends. The Germans in particular all follow eachother, soon they will all be pretty much the same.
