As long as it doesn't have a droopy butt, it's all good.

Coupe Looks good so far.

Not a big fan of the new C sedan - looks awkward in person with huge wheel gap, Tailights are too small etc...but interior is a big step up.
Last Generation was classier.

4matic models with the non-sport suspension (a separate option from the sport trim, mind you) are seriously riding at 4x4 height.

I'd have to agree with your words. I thought I'd warm up to the 4-door, but it hasn't happened. Like you listed, it's too jacked up, the taillights are frumpy (VW Beetle-esque), the butt is droopy, and the wheels too small on most versions. I'm noticing many recent Mercedes are becoming quite feminine.

LOL...the C-class' droopy butt reminds me of the Ford Taurus from the 1990s.

Also don't like the new C-class interior. Sure it looks upscale to some, but to me it looks tacky. The bulbous air vents stick out like boils waiting to pop. Or they resemble women's breasts. They attract too much attention from the driver. When I test drove a C-400 recently, my eyes kept drifting off the road to those monstrous air vents. Round and vertical dashboard motifs are distracting to my visual field. I much prefer horizontal motifs like you see in BMW, Audi, and Lexus (the GS, LS, and the 2016 RX). Much more understated and luxurious-looking.
