First, I currently have 81k on my CL550.
True, I only can tell him my experience not someone else experience. First who purchase a used 100k car without a warranty and don’t expect to pay some major money when something goes wrong. A CL is in a different league than most cars. For major and minor services you should expected to pay 350 – 800 every 15k. As far as the CL550 ABC feature it’s 80% better than what it was on the previous model. If something goes wrong with the feature expected to pay 650 to 1800. I think other than a view window switch which will run you 350 to 500 my car has been great. It’s one more than thing that I got fix that normally goes bad on CL’S. After I check my service records I will post the item. Like I stated in my earlier post I will never purchase a luxury car without a warranty no matter who’s the make. Lastly you got pay to ball or stay in you lane.
Honestly the most reliable car I every own was my MB CLS. That car was more reliable than my Acura, Lexus, Toyota and Honda.

 

Buy it from CARMAX and purchase their MaxCare warranty... it's exclusionary and fairly cheap. I know several Benz and AMG owners who swear by their warranty.
