this is sure a biased thread.

LS is the flagship of Lexus, thats a big factor / statement. However, I, owning a GS will always be biased to GS

This is too vague. Best overall series based on what? Importance or our favorite? You could argue LS changed reliability or how The ES/RX are the bread and butter of sales. LFA is a halo or how IS sparked a younger audience.

indeed. It is hard to say. Obviously very profitable is ES and RX, but all of us like RWD cars the most. As Richard said, SC430, OMG.

For me it's the LS, a proper successful flagship. It completely changed the automotive game and today has expanded to RWD, awd, hybrid, sport, lwb..... Every generation has done pretty damn well.

Question is too vague, need to be more specific.

I am with everyone, LS series is the coolest, because no one can make a sedan with that kind of refinements at just about any price yet.

Of course the LFA is the coolest, it proved the Japanese can make a car that sounds cooler then all the Italian exotic.

Honestly, I think the ES gets it.

It's a great value, comfortable, roomy, smooth, refined, and functional. It offers most of what Lexus has to offer, without being too ostentatious. I know that we car enthusiasts don't wanna hear it, but the sales figures prove it.

RX - the bread and butter SUV that keeps Lexus competitive. Definitely their biggest success.

The best model is the one that's best for your needs and budget. There is no such things as a one model is better than all else.

For me, it would be the LFA hands down, because I'm single and don't have kids.

ES brought me to the brand, however LFA is the coolest but unrealistic to me. IS has the first performance model with the F. LS is the flagship. GS is what I have been shopping for. So many choices...
