my understanding is that your insurance should cover the loaner car same way it covers your own car. For this case, it is considered as part of the comprehensive coverage so you would pay your deductible. If you do not have comprehensive, it is out of your own pocket.
Yeah, it will probably be subject to your insurance deductible for comprehensive damage or out of your own pocket, but your rates shouldn't go up. Rates don't usually go up because of a comprehensive claim (as long as you don't cause the damage i'm sure...lol)
Some states don't permit deductibles for glass breakage--I think.
