ES330 loaner, while at a shopping parking lot, someone hit a cart in the back of the loaner while was shopping, the loaner has some Dent/Scratch now. Returned the loaner and dealer didn't see the dent/scratch. Is it okay?

 

Is it ok? Sure, stay quiet and you may never get caught. But watch out, karma is a b***ch.

Dealers have insurance on their loaners that will take care of situations like that. Unless if it's grossly damaged, they'll use their insurance (or own repair men), rather than litigate against you to fix it. It's too expensive sometimes to fight for such small dings and dents...

same here, the many many times i got loaners, they never checked the cars when they took it back. i guess unless you got into bad accidents, it's fine?
