Yeah, you are right, so...That RX will be a 2013 With a Spindle Grill pretty soon, or maybe even an LS460 lol.

 

Thats what insurance is for. Also I don't know details but typically Diddy is chauffeured, so I am not too sure if he was the driver or how much fault or liability would be placed on him, if he wasn't driving. The RX could possibly have turned in front of the Caddy, without further details its difficult to establish who is at fault and who is going to get paid.
Wonder if they asked for any autographs? By the way am I the only one who finds the camera guy a bit much... fine he's famous but prior to sticking your phone/camera in his face give the man space. Glad you asked if he is okay, but seems like either way camera dude didn't care... He is human, sure you want to sell your footage to TMZ or whatever, make a little cash but theres a way to capture events and not be a pest.

I overheard this story on the radio. Diddy was not the driver.

 

He was walking around looking pretty lost. I would have been laid out on the ground "MY NECK, MY BACK, TAKE THAT, TAKE" I thought he told you that he wont' stop...Literally lol!

Hehe this is exactly the kind of thing where *some* paparazzis take it too far.

I tell you, if it were someone like Alec Baldwin or Jamiroquai, then any paparazzi who pushes it too far will certainly get beaten up.

That was a severe crash. As mentioned, Escalades do not fold up easily and that RX is completely destroyed. Looks like someone ran a red and got punched.
