I don't really intend on modding the Prius beyond a few visual fixes such as tint, retrofit, maybe wheels and swaybar. That's what I have the SC for... but hybrid does not automatically mean not mod worthy.

Congrats on the Prius; the car gets such a bad rap on various car forums and car enthusiasts.

I've been driving one at work (our agency has been switching our fleet to all hybrids) for nearly two years and it's a solid car.

My only complaint is the engine is pretty noisy when accelerating and the amenities are pretty sparse (considering we are issued the base version).

Gas mileage is pretty awesome; I drive between 75-100 miles per week in NYC traffic and get about 45 mpg.

Congrats on your new Prius.

I have similar situation driving the base Prius because work fleet car. What a solid Hybrid car! I just can't stand these base alloy wheels, I think plastic cover might look better.
