Ok, got it. I'll start a class action suit b/c I got a lot guys approaching me and saying they've never seen a Sienna SE before. The cars are quiet but they are still clearly audible when idling in a garage. I think the nature of the law suits are a joke but could also be from many of the geriatric drivers who own these cars and probably have bad hearing.

How would this be any different than a Lexus with a key?

Our Lexus LX470 was so quiet we sometime never knew the engine was running, we would try to re-crank the engine and the ignition would stop the attempt.

This really has nothing to do with push button start.

That's almost like saying that I forgot to take the (physical) key out of the ignition and left it running. It is therefore Toyota's fault for not having a person detector or auto-shut off after a period of time.
