Official 2012 Camry: Pics, Reviews, Specs
The video review really helps to picture what kind of real world external profile the Camry shows. The front end reminds me of the older Solara with the angular front and headlights. The rear tailights are still a bit strange at first glance but definitely different (not in accord ugly kind of way). Overall, it retains its conservative posture but in a much more modern and fresh silhouette. I'm still very impressed about the new hybrid powertrains and wonder if this will trickle over to the prius and lexus lineups.
In video from autoguide, SE looks stunning, lol.

Love the interior
Seems like toyota (and lexus) have been listening about the past interiors.
Exterior is not bad.
No more add on body cladding that we were all complaining about, right?

For being very similar to the current generation, I do like it. However, I am not sure that the interior is as nice as the Malibu I recently drove, but I would have to see the Toyota first hand of course.
Great news on the hybrid front. Those really are some impressive numbers. Get this into the HS quick. And it sounds like a great powertrain for the Rav 4.
I am surprised to see that the stick is gone, given that it offers the best fuel economy of the current generation, save for the non-hybrid. But then again, you rarely see them.

Isnt that amazing? Shows how behind the competition is.
Camry Hybrid is now 220lbs lighter and now is only 220lbs heavier than 4cyl LE.
It also is 65lbs lighter than lion Sonata Hybrid, gets 4 mpg more combined, and has seriously better trunk - at 13.1 cuft vs 10.7cuft.
Not to mention that it is considerably faster and more refined due to the better integrated system.
