Yeah it is just a Speciale coupe with the spider top, nothing we haven't seen before. The only thing uncertain is the new wheels design, which they just widen the spokes of the Speciale wheels.

Meet the new 458 Speciale A for Aperta, Ferrari's most powerful production Spider model ever that will have its world premiere at next week's Paris Motor Show. Only 499 examples will be built.
It's the open-top version of the 458 Speciale coupe introduced last year featuring the same tweaked naturally-aspirated 4.5-liter V8 engine producing 597hp (605PS) and 540Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque at 6,000 rpm.
With power transferred to the rear-wheels via a seven-speed twin-clutch semi-automatic transmission, the 458 Speciale A can reach 100km/h (62mph) from standstill in just 3.0 seconds (same as the coupe), 200km/h (124mph) in 9.5 seconds (coupe: 9.1 sec) and lap the Fiorano in 1:23.05 (same as coupe).
Ferrari says the aluminum retractable hard top, which takes 14 seconds to deploy or retract, helps keep the weight difference with the 1,290kg (2,844lbs) coupe to 50kg (110 lbs) at 1,340kg (2,945 lbs).
According to the Italians, the Special A is the "most aerodynamically efficient Ferrari spider ever".
In Paris, Ferrari will show the 458 Speciale A in a triple-layer yellow livery with a Blu Nart and Bianco Avus central stripe as well as five-spoke forged wheels in Grigio Corsa. The interior of the special Spider is dressed in blue carbon-fibre with the newly designed seats covered in Alcantara with contrasting stitching and 3D technical fabric.

Ferrari's naturally aspirated mid engined V8 may be on the way out. We took a 458 Spider out and about to have a look not only at where it may be going, but also at where it came from. It's all because of one man, Dino.
