These do exist over here. Much prefer this style. Last time I looked a full conversion was $200Kish.

Nice interiors in the benz, just not digging the exterior looks. I've always wanted to buy a larger van and convert to a limo interior. If Toyota can bring this to the US it should compete very nicely against conversion vans from the Detroit big 3.

Yeah no joke. I lived in Japan for 5 years and never once saw a true RV. Anything even close to an RV was the size of this van.
