pretty well? those are amazing numbers for such an expensive vehicle!
it is far beyond help even without the recalls. i saw one on the interstate this weekend and person i was driving with said "ew". 
i agree, the car is absolutely hideous from the side view. 
the GS is selling 2 per dealer per month. it is effectively dead.
the LS, RX, IS, ES are fine (RX is awesome!). the GX/LX are side shows.
some other thoughts...
was just in s. florida. saw several audi Q5's and lots of audis in general
saw a susprising number of genesis sedans too.
bentley must do well in miami - saw loads, haha

Hybrid sales
The Prius just dominates, amazing.
The RXh has always sold very well for a fairly expensive hybrid SUV. We know that the RX 350 by itself still would outsell the class and the hybrid 450h by itself outsells quite a few mid-size SUVs and nearly all the cute-utes.

This is why the Prius is synonymous with the term hybrid.
LOL at Honda's uber-epic fail Insight. That's gotta hurt. Even the Ford Fusion hybrid is handily beating the DEDICATED hybrid Insight and it's just a option of a standard car.
Way to go Ford!!Many of the cars on that list are dangerously close to not being a feasible offering by the automaker. There can't be any money being made for many of them.

Toyoya sold 676,675 units in June, only 14,639 of which were hybrids or 2% of their total sales. That isn't very many in the grand scheme.
Now if the Prius can sell 11k units a month who is to say that if you took a staple vehicle like the RX or ES and made it hybrid only that it wouldn't do just as well, adjusting the sales figures accordingly. Of course are not meerly talking about only selling 450hs, but a cheaper version as well. And this idea isn't just limited to Toyota as well. I wanna know who will be bold enough to try this first.

You look at the Highlaner Hyrbid and you see only 611 units sold. By the numbers, that certainly isn't a lot, considering it's more luxurious counterpart, the RX450h sold more than twice the amount. But 611 hybrids out of 5,962 total Highlanders sold is a good 10.2%. The Ford Fusion hybrid sold 2,010 out of 18,412 total units. That's a solid 10.9% were as the Camry hybrid sold 1,097 out of 28,435 Camry's. A mere 3.9%. Worse yet is the Civic hybrid with only 595 units sold out of 26,474 units, a measly 2.4%
The BMW X6 sold 128 hybrids out of 695 total units. That's a pretty impressive percentage and even better than the impressive RX hybrids. (18.4% to 16.7%).

The raw numbers don't tell the whole story. How does one define a non-dedicated hybrid model (i.e., Fusion, Camry, Civic, etc...) as being a sales success?

I was just sharing the figures. Sales goals differ for each hybrid. Still RX 450h figures are impressive.
Lets not forget the Fusion hybrid is newer than the Camry hybrid and arguably better.

Hyundai has had the largest jump in transaction prices so far this year, but the Detroit Three have made the kinds of gains they haven't seen in years.
