Don't use "Glass Doctor"... windshield repair nightmare story (lots of pics)

I think that this actually is a good thing that Glass Doctor quickly corrected the mistake that was made by one of their employees. In this day and age, you don't always get such a quick response and fix. Although I am sure the headache of having to get the other work done is annoying, I would be happy to know that a company is willing to stand behind their work and respond to a distressed customer so quickly. Add to that, the fact that they are offering a 12 month warranty for the same cost as just actually getting the windshield replaced by Safelite. Just my opinion though.
