I dont think its going to sell well secondary to the insane cost and its really not that much better than a standard tint. Who really needs to adjust the tint on the car. Even celebrities and wealthy people would rather to keep it dark all of the time

Smart glass or switchable glass, also called smart windows or switchable windows in its application to windows or skylights, refers to electrically switchable glass or glazing which changes light transmission properties when voltage is applied.

Hmm, I was actually discussing this idea with a friend a couple months ago. With the electronic paper craze going on, it was only a matter of time before it went to the car application. Too bad I didn't look into it further to see if anyone else looked it up haha...

I'd love to have dark tint during the day, no tint at night, and totally opaque when the car is parked!
