I don't understand the mentality by abusing a car like this. If it breaks down in the middle of the road, you gotta stand there like a dumb-*** and all the passer-bys staring at you while waiting for a tow truck anyways

they should hold lease-owners as liable for ABUSE (much like the owners who destroy the home prior to leaving on a foreclosure)

Wait, a BMW went 60k without an oil change or any other service, warranty repair, etc? I didn't read the thread but it would seem like for this to even happen it would have had to have avoided the dealership pretty damn well!

So THIS is what happens when someone doesn't change their oil...

 

My parents old Qx4 died at approximately 40k on its original oil. Their MDX however still ran with over 70k on original oil when they got rid of it.
