Default Lexus rentals in Hawaii?

I'm sort of planning a trip to Hawaii next year but the only way to get around over there is obviously rental cars.

I really wouldn't want anything below a Lexus. I have found a lot of Town cars, corvettes, etc by googleing around, but barely any Lexus'. I think I found a SC430 but I can't remember.

So can anybody throw me a bone here and help me out?

Thanks in advance.

Oh, and bigger is better

You probably can rent a Lexus, but its from those higher end car rental people.

You going to be on the island of Hawaii or one of the islands? Is your going to be on Oah'u or Maui you might have a chance of renting a Lexus.

Thats what I was thinking of years ago. Someone should start up a car rental place and rent out Lexus's

There's a whole lotta Seabring convertibles for rent on Maui!!! Lol

When the wife and I went, we had to press the button on the FOB to figure out which of 7 white Seabring convertibles in the hotel parking lot was ours!

I think you can rent the Lexus loaners for a certain fee, unless there isn;t a dealer on Maui

I have searched before and there is only the standard rental car company BS. Lincons, CTSs, and Chrysler 300s. They tend to rent American crap because they are easier to repair and cheaper to buy generally

When we went to Maui, I looked into this kind of thing as well.

It's pretty much Budget, Avis, etc...renting the American crap...

Or you rent a Lamborghini or Ferarri from one of the exotic car dealers.

I couldn't find any middle ground on this.

I'm happy to pay twice the price, per day, for something better than a Seabring...but sorry, I don't have $3,000/day for a Lambo!
