RXSF, hahaa you sure? my gs350 is going to be like 20k over mileage, can i return it if i am getting the gs-f?
I was over mileaged with my RX300 by about 15K, and an additional 14K that was erased by the ODO when they changed something from a faulty gas guage. All I did was buy an RX330 and returned the lease. Havent heard about that 1gen since that day.

DAMN, i gotta keep that in mind. if they come out with the gsf in time when my gs350 lease runs out, might be a good thing to do, haha

When you returned the RX and you filled out the odometer statement, did you put down the mileage on the odometer or the actual miles on the vehicle, by the number on the odometer you where only 15k over, did you add in the additional 14k that was erased.

IIRC, the statement said something like "Is the mileage on the vehicle [insert ODO reading (less 14K)]" and I put NO. lol
didnt hear from them again. There was a little sticker in the door jam that said the car had another 14K.
Although its a lease, its still your car (if you finance, you still dont own it). You should take care of it like you do your usual cars, because you might decide to purchase the vehicle at lease end.
