Fitment looks great. I don't think he's going for performance anyway since he drives a Civic.

Gotta be a show setup. Props to him for doing something different. And it looks great IMHO.

there should be a 4" lip on the front wheels, and 1" lip in the rear.

that would be dope.

kinda black and white there. where's the option for "that particular car is no more than 'ok' imo but staggered on a fwd is not 'moronic'"?

and since this is titled "discuss" and not "vote to prove ppl agree with me": what is the proposed solution for fwd cars which commonly have wider rear 1/4 panels than front fenders? should they just have s**tty fitment? perhaps an offset stagger with the same width f/r (spacers included)? i really doubt the issue here is with where the inner edge of the wheel is placed.

what's the difference between staggered on a rwd? what calculations have 99% of rwd owners (myself included) done regarding the change in performance because of the wider rear track width? is performance even an issue or is it just an elitist thing?

and since this is stemming from "the overuse of 'vip' and 'flush'" (which i agree with as an independent statement btw): is this the same kind of "moron" that runs stretched tires with ridiculous camber on a platform? or is it a different kind of "moron" because of the drive-train?

cliffs: please explain why you feel it is moronic enough to constantly mention.

Sure it does. EVERYBODY should drive around with a sprung hood latch, wheels rubbing the top of the wheel wells, and the lower-body fairings dragging the ground.

I doubt he drives with hood open......who would . It's probably on air and slammed for shows, more than likely had fenders pulled so no rubbing happens. Again he's probably on air so lower-body will not drag on ground. The majority of vip/vip style cars in pics are on air and are slammed at shows etc they don't drive at those actual heights.....well most of them ha ha.

All in All I think it looks cool but I'm not a fan of staggered on a fwd setup.

Yeah, I was being facetious. Still, I'm not a fan of that stuff.....it just doesn't impress me.
