There is no panic button. It has a Lexus badge on the back, and it is definately a Lexus remote.

Other than that, I'm stumped.

That is to a lexus es350, as to whether or not it would fit to your ls400, i have no idea, but i have reason to believe it wouldn't because the es has that smart key access thing that your ls does not

Looks vaguely like the remote for the ES350. Highly doubt that it will work in the LS400 b/c of your car not having the smart key access such as CHI2BFLO stated above. On the ES with the smart access you merely have to have the key on your person to start the car since it has push button start.

Thanks for the confimation that it won't work on my 400..

I'll look for an LS400 one. This one was in the glove box with a dead battery. I've changed the battery now, so i'll put it up for sale or trade it.

Thanks again.

Unfortunately, there isn't one for a 1995 LS400. The smart key for the LS has to be inserted into the dash, no way around it.

It looks just like my IS250 SmartKey, but mine does have a panic button. The RX350 loaner I had didn't have a separate Panic Button--you had to hold the lock button for Panic mode.

Since it's not just a remote, I can't imagine it will work on an LS400.
