Yes, but the Porsche likely drive better than the front heavy S65, plus Porsche is even more prestigious than Mercedes (according to The Luxury Institute) ...
probably, but i don't want my rear passengers to suffer neither

It's a sports sedan and having a cavernous cabin like a LWB S-class shouldn't be a top priority.
Looking at the Panamera's interior pics, the rear seats don't look bad at all, looks much better than the Rapide's and the CLS's. And I think Porsche has already sacrificed some styling for the car's rear end to make more headroom for the rear passengers. They should be comfortable enough for two, especially for adult Asians who aren't as big and tall on average

Agreed, and the CLS backseat isn't that bad for 2 American adults, considering how sleek the roofline is.
Uh, I think you guys are not really agreeing. It is my opinion only but I don't find any seat in the CLS to be that roomy while the Panamera is being touted as having done a remarkable packaging job to provide very decent headroom in the back from management edict. Can't wait to see the Panamera but I will probably wait for the h to get serious.

i am not discounting the performance potential of the car, all i am saying is for that price to get a sedan i don't think i would get this car

I wouldn't either, but some others will, and besides, most won't get a S65 AMG either, since it is so overpriced over a S63 or S550 for what you get, that's why they depreciates so badly
But the coupe version of the Panamera which they say will be coming out later would be much more appealing to me.
