So who is trading in their RCF for LC500
So they are in stock now for around 100k across the states. Questions is will they sit or will they sell. I think they will sit and collect dust for that price. I sure see ALOT of advertisement of the LC on tv. Wish Lexus advertised the RCF just as much

I like it but I like the RCF better as far as looks... performance is about the same so nothing there, the interior is looking nicer on the LC but I haven't seen it in person and I still like the interior of the RCF as well anyways. So yeah, for that price, I'll keep my RCF... besides, I can't afford that price anyways lol ... at least not without some major adjustments and I can't justify spending that much in a single car........ now if it were an "LCF" with some monster engine or somehting for that price....

If it follows the RCF trend on depreciation, it would be a nice pickup for 60k after 2 years

There is NO reason to trade, NO performance benefits as its the same engine in the RCF, so why TRADE when your getting the same engine in almost the same body.

I agree on looks. The front of the LC looks like a regular RC and the side isn't anything special either. Other cars at that price range sure won't be looking at the rear either as they are faster.

in addition I have to get permission from my 3yr old boy, since he says that the RCF is his car

I completely agree with you, I tough for a while about trading the RCF for one, but for the price/performance I cannot justify it. maybe when it comes down on price "considerably" .

As for the LC, it is nice but not $100k nice. I see both the LX and LS drop from $90k all the way down to $50-$60k after 2-3 years so I would assume the LC will do the same.
