whoa. I believe its actually possible by whatchamacallit....'floater' design wheels. Eh, give it some time and some rapper will put these in 24's on a LS.

I think the 24"s work well on the LS. I didnt think so until I saw this photo

I think it can be possible if the cap is actually a video screen ?
Of course, they have to program it such that the bright spots making up the L will respond to constantly varying rotating speeds, but still appear on the same locations, at least close enough to fool the human eye/brain .....
