But what I meant was the kind of thing you see on Rolls Royce or Bentley cars......wherein the RR or B logo stays put (or center) while the wheels are moving

But that's probably delving into something too outrageous

its possible to be done, would be a good concept possibly, but there are "floater" rims, while vehicle is moving, wheel spinner stays in place, youtube "floater rims"

looking for help. I'm looking for side Fendors for 2010 Lexus es 350 with air vents? I've seen them on ls and gs but I can't find any for my es. Any help would be graat. Thanks.

No it's easy - it's just in how they are weighted, to stay upright while moving.
