I have not seen the car in person, but I have seen plenty of 26's on SUV's and these are 26's... It is uhhm.... definitely uhhhmmm... hmmm...

I give him a D for trying to use the L's for a designer type theme (Louis Vuitton).

I never understood the whole plastic thing behind wheel idea. Doesn't allow your brakes to ventilate and it doesn't show off your brakes. Unless that is you never upgraded your brakes along with your wheels...

I've seen the former in the Richmond driving like a jacka$$, I have 2 words for him:

AC Transit.

Those tacky mods look better on a late 80's-mid 90's Honda. I would love to see a 1992 Accord with the Honda H on the side and with 26s on it
