In general im a huge Fan of the Bangle Butt and Chris Bangels work in general, you can see the his influence on all car designers and manufacturers. I think the F1 car would look hella nice albeit a bit weird
Lexus Fanatic
In F1, looks don't matter squat diddly compared to aerodynamic grip. If it achieves its goal of obtaining the most grip with the lowest drag, then it's beautiful. If not... then it's ugly as sin. Aesthetics in F1 are not viewed by the eye, but rather the lap times.

What you have marked as "old" is actually the new Williams. Both of these cars are missing the slick tires which will make a comeback next year too.
Though this will take some getting used to I'm all for it. Getting rid of all the goofy aerodynamic flick-ups, horns, winglets, etc... will be great and that's some of what the new rules do too.
