Dealer Detailing
I have taken it there a few times and I havent noticed any damage. Im pretty **** w/ my car so I look over it before I leave. I have one of the head service guys so he is real easy to deal with. I hear Sewell has good service. I live in Lewisville so Park Place Grapevine is right up the road. I guess it's more of a convenience thing....
BRYANC182 if you decide to visit Sewell Lexus for future service, ask for Mason Kessner (mkessner@SEWELL.com); he is senior service advisor that has been awarded for being the "best customer service advisor" for years. Plus once you are in the system, they will assign a mechanic to service your toy (unlike other service department, he/she would be the only person work on your toy), just like our family doctor!!!
As far for detailing, I would recommend Brian Hare (http://www.detailwerkz.com), I have been using him for years. Brian is a car enthusiastonly, he only use Zaino's product, which means your toy will be detail to perfection. Best of all, he will detail your toy either at your work or home!!!

I disiagree. What you guys are neglecting is the total convienience of the dealership. I get a loaner car and get the hell out. I dont want to sit there and watch some dude cleaning my car for 4 hrs, or have to bother someone to drive me around or pick me up.. The extra 40-50 bucks is worth the convienience imho.
I have used pp lexus plano for a detail a few times. They do good work take out any scratches i can point out i usally pay $130 or so only about 30 higher than a car spot or some place and i get a loaner so its worth it imo...When i get my new is detailed i'll probably take it somewhere else as i have buffer swirls everywhere that need to be taken out and i am not sure lex can do that...
