I am 6' 1". Will I fit in one of these cars? With a Supercharger on it the car seems like a good car to have. Does anyone have one to give some insight into the car? I am considering taking one out for a spin.
If you search for it, I'm sure you'll find the thread. It was very informative from what I've read.
I have one. Had one for 1.5 years. Mine is going in for the intercooled supercharger next week.
6'1" is fine. I bought mine brand new in NYC, and drove it cross country to Los Angeles.
Here is my post on the LotusTalk forum.

My friend Charlie, owner of monkeytuner forum, lives in Vegas, on his 3rd Lotus.
If you have questions PM me or if you are in LA, will be happy to take you for a ride, or you can check it out.

I think you will be spoiled by the Lotus
I've never driven one, but from the racing simulation (I know dont laugh), nothing comes close to the ease and sheer control abilities of this car. If you drive the new M3, you might not like it as much compare to the Elise- in 0-80 both car will feel the same kind of pull, and during that speed the Elise will far out perform it during any type of cornering... after you drive the Elise the M3 will feel like a heavy elephant. Porsche Boxter/Cayman comes close but still feel heavy compare to the Elise..

I am on my 3rd Lotus, build quality is far from perfect. There is a reason I have a Lexus and other cars in the garage. THen again if you are a sucker for punishment as I am, I love British cars, and my 67mini still has the Lucas electronics.
However, driving feel is unparallel in the Lotus. You buy it as a non compromise car.
You are welcome to come drive mine if you are down here. Don't buy from Norm Baker, horrible dealer, but you can go test drive one.
