What do you use stands or ramps
What do you guys use for repairs.............Jack stands or ramps? I use 2 ton jack stands normally but I have been thinking about getting some ramps.

I had a lift in the house I sold in NY, but my new lift should arrive in a few more days

They are great for cleaning and waxing the lower part of the car

i only use stands, i had a bad experience with some rhino ramps and havent been a fan since...

Depends on the job. It may require using ramps for certain maintenance and a jack/jack stands in another situation. When draining fluids (in Jap vehicles) seems to be much easier with ramps for me. I use jack/jack stands while doing a suspension one side at a time (front and rear) then lower and repeat on other side. I just feel depending on the circumstances, you make the choice. A good set of solid ramps is very useful to have in the long run.

I'd appreciate details about what happened since I have Rhino Ramps too. What kind of car was on it? How old were the ramps? What kind of condition were they in?
