Not gonna happen for this current generation IS, I am actually surprised they would still introduce this convertible this late in the cycle, it's at least 2 years late ...

and besides, the current IS sedan is already a 4-door coupe

 

I was waiting for this vehicle, to suggest to the G/F to maybe consider it. That is now a big negative on my end.

I just don't see it changing that much in person. I am very underwhelmed.

What an ugly late arrival. It looks so bland and disproportioned...and very long.

Lexus is class leading in the luxury sedan market. But they have some serious issues when it comes to "sport".

I'm saving my comments for actual pictures, HQ ones I should say. So far not so wow.

 

The BMW equivalent was very elegantly done.

 

For some reason those pics look photoshopped. I will wait for the real pics before judging, but IF these early pics are real, then I'm definitely dissapointing by Lexus after all this time.
