the way I see it if u plan on heavy modding and racing go with the beamer that engine is a gem, if u plan on looking good and being diffrent the audi is ur car, it doesnt have the mod potential of the beemer but it looks 10x better and the quality is on a totaly diffrent level.

I really like the 335i over all. Exterior styling is nice, and I'm actually okay with the interior design as well. Can't beat the mod potential of the 3.0 twin turbo. However, I also really like the exterior styling of the A5/S5 even more. Audi interiors are also top notch and I like the layout. I personally would go for the S5.
If you admire body roll, get the Audi. The BMW will feel more planted to the road than the Audi. What do you desire in a sport luxury coupe? For me, it goes more than skin deep.
Yup, if they are both maxed priced. Actually if I add active cruise to the Bimmer it would go up another 2400. But the Bimmer includes stuff I wouldn't get like the AT w/ paddle shifters and the Active Steering. So a more fair price comp would be 57000 vs 51000 oh and I forgot to add 1300 gas guzzler o.O for Audi
