Could this be the reborn of Vector? Although it is just a "digital” model it might be the return of the American supercars.
Vector started its activity in 1972. Initially it was located in California and then was moved to Florida. It is the first American attempt to compete with European exotics supercars like Lamborghini, Ferrari or Lotus.
The company was closed at the beginning of the ’90s, but now it is back in business.
Vector V8 Biturbo Concept is a computer rendering and there are hopes that the Americas will built it and they will reborn the American supercars.

I remember having a poster of a Silver Vector W2 on my bedroom wall when I was in junior high. There was a red one in the movie "Rising Sun" that gets crashed. They are very low and exotic looking cars but were extremely expensive and unreliable. The interior looked like a jet liner with all the buttons and screens. It would be interesting to see them get back into the market
