Ninja Edit - how do I attach a pdf file??

Guys,

Never done any type of leasing and my girlfriend asked me to look over her lease. Here it is and I have some questions for you -

What is the final payoff amount?

It says total allowable annual mileage is 12,000 and then says "Mileage Adj + 2%. Does that mean she paid extra to have the 12,000 miles instead of 10 or what?

The mileage adjustment was used to raise her residual not decrease it. So I think it was done because she went with a 12K/year lease vs a 15K/year lease.
