I'm talking about the difference between the two methods for rating an engine's horsepower. Anyone know?

From my understanding the new method takes into account A/C, voltage used, etc.
Remember there will be NO difference in performance in the cars. The RATING, i.e the HP/Torque number changes but there will be no gain or loss in 0-60 etc.
