Honda today released pricing details for its 2007 Element range. The Japanese automaker also released some images of the production Element SC, which was first previewed in concept form at the New York Auto Show. The substantially updated 2007 Honda Element LX and EX go on sale today with prices starting at $18,900. The all-new Element SC, which goes on sale September 28th, will start at $22,695. The SC will debut with a sport-tuned suspension, "Street Custom" styling and premium features. All models have a new 166-horsepower 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine, Drive-by-Wire(TM) throttle control system, new interior color schemes, standard painted exterior body panels (EX only), Maintenance Minder system, black urethane flooring, new gauge designs and more. Destination and handling charges for all 2007 Honda models is $595.
Personally, I wish the Element, xB, and all those small boxy cars would just die and go away. They all look like crap. Sure, they sell well but man are they ugly.

They sell for a reason.....versatility. The square bodies may not look chic, but they are space-efficient, and the Element's AWD will get you through the, well......elements.
mmhmm... In Japan where the streets are narrow, these boxes rule with compact dimensions and ridiculously large cargo carrying capacity (by that, we meet speakers and a mobile DJ set lol)
