firestone scratched my rims...
so i went to firestone the other day to get my alignment done and they feraking scratched my wheels! they offered to pay to repair 2 of the 3 that i said were scratched, so i call them a few days later and told them its going to cost 400 to repair 3 wheels. they told me it was too expensive and that they want to take it to their guy. i told the CSR that i want to go through my guy because he fixed my wheels before and he'll be able to color match it better. so in a nutshell they said no to the price and no to the 3rd wheel. i offered to bring back my car so that they can see my 3rd wheel, CSR said he doesnt remember seeing any other wheel be messed up. i told him that all my wheels were perfect before i went to firestone and now 3 of them have the same exact scratches which came from the alignment equipment. i filed a complaint with their corporate office; they said that they would get back to me in a few days.

man , this sucks soooo f'n bad!!! This just happened to me last year @ my local NTB / Tire Kingdom with my AME Shallen CX's that I waited three months for from Japan. 
I showed them the damage that was caused from them putting my new tires on my wheels and they offered to get them fixed, finally I ended up sticking to my guns and told them they destroyed a set of rare JDM wheels and they needed to pay to REPLACE them. Dont settle for anything less from these clowns. Tell the manager of that shop that you will take this as far up the chain in their company as you have to.....it gets results, trust me.
