I would wait a little bit for the LS460. We dont know the full specs and features of the car, plus I hear that a lot more info about the car is still under wraps. We know the DL on the S550 already. And the GS may or may not got the 460 engine.

All 3 are great pics for different reasons. And man do I really love the S-class but the LS460 seems the most appealing at this stage. You got time man, so relax and sit in the 2 flagships and then formulate a better opinion. Good Luck! 
S550 is expensive, in terms of engine power the LS460 makes just as much power with almost 1 less liter. And it definately will be a bit cheaper than the S550 (starting 86k). But you just got an 06 GS, id wait a few more years, changing up cars that quickly isnt cheap

You could do what I did and buy both for the price of your S 550. I picked up a 2002 S600 with 39,000 miles on it for $46,000 which has almost the power as the 550 with definately the same luxuries. Then I got a GS 4 and mod the hell out of it and still was under the cost of the S 550.

But if I was to pick one of your choices I would go with the LS 460 or wait to see if the LS 600h is a go..

Keep your GS430 right now, is it your GS430 leased and bought it! Your GS430 still look brand new car, why did changed mind replaced S550 and LS460! An S550 and LS460 more gentlemen and ladies driver cars! So, you're real esate agency make a lot money! I saw few times S550 on freeway South Cali! The New S550 looks ugly back taillights and not very good design! Stay away from S550! Truth me I saw many S550 past month!

The S550 is having some teething issues already...
oops! Complete air suspension failure on three of them in our area in one month. At least you have the GX470 for backup. The LS460 will be a paradigm shift for Lexus with the eight speed gearbox and 0-60 in less than 5.5 secs. The S and the LS may be a bit conservative for you though. I would put you in the M5 or E55 category...

I'd go with the S550 since you're a commercial real estate agent. I personally have something for the S-Class, and would never turn it down.
But I'd wait a little. You just got the GS (which is very nice). Enjoy the GS while you can, and wait until the bugs are worked out on the LS and the S.

neighbor just gor a S550 in black and that car is hot, seriously, especailly from the side when looking at the front, that car is beautiful, but a i think that an LS in black is hot, i mean look at the current generation, and i know this new generation LS will be hotter than hell
