high supra
The stock 6spd is fine for just about any power (up to 1400hp) with use of a Tilton Triple carbon clutch, super light pedal pressure, all the holding force you'll need and the whole unit weighs in at about 12lbs including the flywheel. Price will run you about $4500. If you sat in my Supra and pressed the clutch pedal it takes less force than a 95hp Honda civic, there is little to no clutch pressure needed because it's so light.
You can go powerglide if your looking for a drag race or street race car, this setup can be trick as you need an adapter plate, solid transmision and the right torque converted selection to make it work right. With a larger turbo and this tranny your likely going to need some nitrous at the start to get things moving.
As far as gas is concerned, anyhting over 500hp and your going to need race fuel, I run C16 in my Supra all the time which runs about $8-9/gallon but lets you make as much power as you need on the street or track. I of course don't daily drive the car as this could get quite expensive.

i see you mention a clutch that's 4500 what is the step down from that setup? or if im planning to do 1000hp or so i will need this set up? like i said it's not gonna be a straight track car i might take it there a few times a year, it's gonna be a weekend car, but i might street race like once a month. so for the most part it's gonna be a weekend cruise car with the top off picking up some fly a$$ ladies
