I got some new mods for the S class. Some of you may remember my car being jacked a few months ago. I had some damage and had to replace a few things so went with some new upgrades. Lowenhart LDR's 20x8.5 in front and 20x10 in the rear. Lorinser rear deck lid, smoked taillights and side marker lights. Finishing it with MB Quartz Q's 6.5's front and rear, Alumapro 12's in the rear, 2-500 watt JBL amps for the 12's and JBL 450 for the Q's. Very happy with all the work done... What do you think?

Why should he care what other people "think" his car may be worth? Truth of the matter is, the percentage of people on the road who actually know the price differences between trim levels of particular makes and models, I'm sure, is extremely low. The S class commands a certain level of respect regardless of its displacement IMO. Should he ever feel the need to "prove himself" all he would need to do is pop the hood or let some unsuspecting victim test him on the open road or provoke him at a stoplight I've seen more fake "AMG" Mercs rolling around the streets of Atlanta than I care to say, so I guess a badge holds little value to me. BTW-My suggestion was simply based upon the aesthetics of looking at the rear of the car, but again only my opinion. Tk- your car is pimp either way

Dont think I will be debadging anytime soon I have the Brabus exhaust on order along with the Brembo 8 piston set up. The car is a tank and needs some more stopping power. About the only complaint I have...
As most of you know the Lexus is almost complete and the unveiling will be soon but it definately is no longer a daily driver. So it was time for a new car. A buddy of mine owns a dealership and had this car on his lot. Some rich guy owned it and only put 31,000 on it and its an 01. Supposively he has alot of cars and takes turns driving them. Anyway he needed immediate cash for a trip he was going on and my guess was he is all assets and no liquid. (like most rich guys) My buddy called me and said this guy was desperate for quick cash because he was leaving soon. So naturally I way lowballed him thinking there was no way he would sell it for that cheap. To my surprise he said O.K. So here it is. I figure I couldnt pass up a deal where I could drive this car for 2-3 years and still get all my money back.

Very nice car, I meant to reply over on MBworld and forgot. Really like the color and tint. If you get bored and want to try something else with the tails, I would suggest the 03+ and then tint the turnsignal portions (ie, AMG SL tails)

I would not debadge either, it gets annoying as hell trying to explain to idiots that think you have a 430 or something.
