Terrible Race Car Crash Video
not to shabby of a wreck,,
did you guys hear about the one here in Tulsa of the woman who was knocked out, pegged the throttle, turned backwards, raced back towards the pits in excess of 200 mph, hit a parked truck, went through the wall and died?
and the worse thing about it, the parked truck had her son in it. She died and so did he.
It was really freaky. I guy I work with was there and told me it all happened in less than 4 seconds. But, man that is bad...

Watched that happen as it aired on ESPN. Literally knocked me off the couch!
Amazingly, both walked away with very minor injuries. Bruce Allen, the driver of the Yellow/White car did go to the hospital as a precaution but was on-air with the announcers via phone that night!!
The safety built into those cars combined with the "Safety Safari" is absolutely amazing!

WOW!!!! Something like that will cause officials to push for remote engine kills like they have at Monster Truck races!
