I'm with you on this one...although it is still a little early to know all the facts yet. But........if the plaintiffs can't come up with some pretty credibile evidence here they be open to a false-accusation suit. Ford has got a LOT of lawyers.

I agree, at this point only time will tell, as for "Ford has got a LOT of lawyers" well in that case meaning they have a LOT of problems?!?!........HHHMMMM? ......like I said only time will tell.

No...the point that bit and I were making is that at THIS point (though it could change) it looks like a questionable lawsuit. Not necessarily frivious, but questionable. If it DOES turn out to be frivolous, Ford could counter-sue for harassment or wrongful accusation....and it would have grounds for doing so.
There is no justice in this world. I used to have a friend who worked in a high volume law firm and she was used to seeing the nice standard form letters that state you've won your case (even on summary judgment) and we are proud to give you x cents.

Sure there's justice. If the lawsuit wasn't brought, the 'victims' would get no cents. You want financial justice? Become a lawyer.
