Default $6500 to spend on a used car....

Opinions please... I am looking at maybe a GS 300 94-96? 96-98 Acura TL? Any other suggestions? Looking for a 4 door, reliable, decent on gas car. Thanks

4 door and reliable with good gas are your requirements?
The GS and the TL u mentioned are not great with Gas.
Maybe
Toyota Avalon
Nissan Maxima
Honda Accord EX
Lexus ES 300
Well the Acura 2.5 Tl is better with gas than the 3.2. so add the 2.5 to the list
4 door Acura Integra

These cars come to mind

Camry (or ES300)... it doesn't get more "4 door, realiable, decent on gas" than that

I am also looking for a daily driver around that price, I am looking at Eclispe's, 300ZX's, etc but I am going for 2 door.

A bit biased here, but the Lexus ES (particularly '95-'96 model) gets my vote. 4 door? Check. Reliable? Check. Gas-friendly? Check

The ES also fits your budget nicely, and the kind of car where you don't necessarily need to add modifications to make it look good because it already is
