BMW M Coupe or C5 Vette
I'm selling my 3000GT soon, just want to ask you guys which car would you pick. I've driven both cars, the Corvette has lots of power but too many I see on the road. The BMW M Coupe has less power but the handling is perfect and I rarely see one.
personally, a fixed roof coupe would be sweet... but the regular hatchback C5 doesn't do it for me.
Black on Black C5 FRC
I'm guessing it'll be cheaper to maintain than the M3... and that LS1 proved itself quite strong.

M Coupe hands down.
The M Coupe is gorgeous, whereas the Vette looks boring and cheap.
I could own a M Coupe on looks alone, not to mention that its a great handling a very competent car.
Of course, I'm probably in the minority with that opinion.

Are these the only two cars you are interested in? If so, between them I would take the Corvette hands down................for several reasons.......... in spite of the BMW's slightly better reliability.
Couple of things, however, with a used NSX:
First, good luck finding one. They are out there, but you have to do some searching. They had very low sales as new cars so they are not exactly a dime a dozen on the used car lot.
Second, make sure there is a body shop in your area that can do aluminum repairs after an accident. Like the new Jaguar XJ and Audi A8, these cars are mostly aluminum, even in the body and frame.....you cannot just take them to any run-of-the-mill shop and expect them to be able to do aluminum bodywork. Audi has a network of factory-approved shops for the A8....I'm not sure about Jag.
Third, get ready to pay some insurance money....one of the consequences of it being not only a high-powered two-seater, but also the cost and scarcity of aluminum repairs that I just mentioned.

That's a tough call melvz.
I like the C5's look , but the interior
The m coupe is subjectively ugly
------> can't you pick a different BMW
?
I would hunt for an NSX
Thanks for the info regarding the maintenance/repair of the aluminum engine mmarshall
