I currently own a 99 Integra GSR that I am selling to pay off the SC300 I just bought. The car is turboed and has some other things like Volk TE37s and a Silvia headlight conversion as well as an S2000 tail light conversion. The car is Chameleon right now but suffered a nice collection of scratches from Jeanne so my insurance has cut me a check in an amount high enough to get it resprayed Chameleon but Im wondering since I am selling the car is it worh it to repaint it the same color? The reason I am asking is because I think maybe some people might see this as being more maintenance and mayb detour some potential buyers. They might look at it in the long run if they need to get any parted of it repainted it is going to cost a lot. I was thinking of maybe having the car sprayed a gunmetal color or something. Some of my friends suggested just selling it as is and lowering the price from 15k to 13k because it allows the buyer to decide what color he would like and maybe he knows of someone who will do it for next to nothing. What do you guys think?
i woulkd sell it as is a pocket the money. most likley if you get ity painted it will bring in the same amount of money.but with out the hassel of dealing with the shop
i would think its easier to sell in a basic color... honestly i am looking for an SC now... and i found one that happenned to be in chameleon selling for pretty cheap and i said damn... if this fool just left his car black i would have bought it... sorry but personally i hate the stupid green/teal/purple chameleon color...
Yeah I was thinking of that as well. Considering the color of it now, even though I can get it fully changed over to pretty much any stock color for roughly 1200. What color would you suggest I paint it???

Its alright, mines not green/teal/purple....its blue/red/bronze/purple
nammit, well I suppose I should repaint it a simple color. The car was originally white, but I dont think that would work now. Maybe silver or something.
