Benz says it will get bigger in size, like the previous tank like one from 90-99. The current S is STILL gorgous, this will build upon that. Though I see Bangle Butt.

Mercedes-Benz will offer a gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain in its next-generation S-Class. The hybrid will likely debut a year from now at the Frankfurt motor show.

Mercedes-Benz’s latest hybrid powertrain, previewed at this year’s Detroit show, uses a V6 gasoline engine
and two electric motors sending power to the rear wheels. In the S-Class, the likely V6 will be the 272-hp 3.5-liter
V6 from the new SLK, combined with electric motors.

Mercedes is also experimenting with a diesel-electric system combining a turbo-diesel engine with a 68-hp electric motor.

Other Mercedes models are also expected to offer hybrid drive, including next year’s second-generation
M-Class and the new R-Class.

BMW plans to counter M-B’s hybrid plans with a hydrogen-powered 7 Series it will unveil at the Paris motor show next month.

That scenery looks like French Alps (and only place that I know has toll booths).

It's always dificult to really tell what's going on under all that camo. An interiro shot would have been nice.

I know the MB test drivers like to speed.
One was sentenced this year because he crashed into another car at 200+ km/h and killed the people in the other car.

that's pretty stupid if you ask me.... i thought those test drive it's not just about speed, it's to test the weather condition on the car, road feel, etc...

Yeah, but it happens, especially if people take pics of the car, they try and speed away.

The tail end will probably look Maybach-ish.

And the maymach taillights is from the old s's. I don't know about anyone else but I liked that on the old S classes.

I have a feeling the next S-class is going to be a down-grade aesthetically from the current S but hopefully it wont. Seems to be the trend as of late to make cars less attractive than their predecessors
