Highly likely, just look at the extensive damage on the car near where the driver would have been. The car doesn't look like it hit anything after hitting the moose before it came to a stop though.

I agree with sexySC...don't bet on that driver's survival. At least, judging from the animal's brown color, the driver got a nice dessert with his/her last meal....chocolate moose.
